Arbortech Spheroplane

The Arbortech SpheroPlane® is a powerful tool designed for woodworkers who want to create wooden bowls or spheres without the need for a lathe. This innovative tool simply attaches to an angle grinder and allows you to carve with precision and ease.

The SpheroPlane® features a precision adjustable carving radius, allowing you to fine-tune the size with the adjustable collar. Its patented cutting action provides smooth and even cuts with omni-directional guidance. The included Sanding System allows a seamless transition from carving to sanding with the flexible sanding pad and discs (40, 80, 120, and 240 grit), making it easy to turn rough wood into a polished pieces. Add a dust extraction vacuum for a cleaner working experience and easier clean-up.

Engineered to last, the SpheroPlane® is built with precision machined billet aluminium and cutting-edge engineered plastic for durability and wear-resistance. Rotatable and replaceable tungsten carbide teeth ensure unmatched performance and longevity. The full surround guarding system provides precise exposure settings, reducing kickback and offering exceptional control.

Compatible with the Arbortech Power Carving Unit™ and any standard 115mm (4 1/2") or 125mm (5") angle grinder.
