Hamlet Masterflute Gouge Cut Back Standard

Hamlet Masterflute Bowl Gouges cut back standard grind are a must have for bowl turning. Made from round section M2 High Speed Steel, the shape allows large cuts to be made when the tool is turned to one side and shallower cuts when the cut is produced from the bottom of the flute giving more versatility with the one tool. The top of the bevel being cut back reduces the chance of the tip of the tool catching on the work and causing a dig in the work piece.
