Narex paring Chisel blades are made from high-alloyed Cr-Mn Steel and heat-treated to 59 HRc. They have ergonomic hornbeam handles with brass ferrule. The overall length of approximately 380mm make them easy to control when making final adjustments to joints such as mortises. They should not be used with a mallet, best control is achieved by pushing the handle with one hand and guiding the blade with the other hand.
