Red Malee Goldfield Burr 370mm x 270mm x 115mm

Corrugatta or Rib Fruited Malee is one of the more common Australian goldfield burr varieties, which is handy because it is also one of the most beautiful.

The combination of pale toffee swirling through medium reds and flecked with medium browns dominates the figure, but is punctuated with little 'cats paw' clusters of knots, a very attractive timber.
