A pack of three of the most popular cutters in high speed steel. The round is a general purpose cutter for the rapid removal of material inside and outside bowls and hollow forms. It works equally efficiently on spindle work. The detail point offers an excellent choice for roughing down square stock to round and for creating fine detail, while the square is useful for generating square shoulders on tenons. It is also excellent for spindle work. Both the square and round cutters deliver an extremely fine finish that requires little or no sanding when the TurnMaster is switched to shear scraping mode. Sharpening: Use a diamond file or honing stone across the top face. To gain best results and increase the longevity of the cutter this simple procedure should be done little and often. Use the TurnMaster cutter holder to reshape the profile on the Robert Sorby ProEdge using a zirconium or ceramic belt, or on a grinding wheel using a standard abrasive material.
