Tormek BGM-100 Bench Grinder Mounting Set

This set enables you to use the Tormek woodturning jigs on a bench grinder. It includes the Tormek Universal Support with Micro Adjust and a mounting base together with a detailed handbook on how to shape ans sharpen woodturning tools.

With the BGM-100 you can use your Tormek jigs and setting devices on a bench grinder, giving you perfect control and making the transfer to your Tormek for final finishing simple. The shape and edge angle are precisely repeatable even when you move onto the larger diameter wheel of a Tormek machine. This means you can benefit from the fast steel removal of the bench grinder and get the finest surface on the water cooled grindstone and the leather honing wheel.

The BGM-100 also allows the use of other Tormek woodturners jigs in combination with a bench grinder such as the SVS-50 Multi-jig and SVD-110 Toolrest. The BGM-100 comprises a horizontal base, a Tormek universal tool support, fixing kit and complete instructions. Suitable for most 150, 200 or 250mm double ended bench grinders.
