Walnut Dowels

Walnut dowels are produced on the premises with state of art machinery. The Walnut we use is specially selected from prime kiln dried boards for straight grain to minimise movement. Once the dowels have been machined they are sanded to a quality finish.

Our dowels are machined from single lengths of timber and sanded to a tolerance of +/- 0.4mm

We have machinery to produce much larger diameters up to 400mm

18mm diameter – 30mm diameter – 350mm to 2400mm long
32mm diameter – 76.2mm diameter – 350mm to 4800mm long
